Meet Dr. Kiezik

Dr. Eva Kiezik is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She is dedicated to delivering precise surgical care with a calm, compassionate approach that helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout treatment.

Dr. Kiezik has extensive experience in dental implants and bone grafting procedures, including complex implant reconstruction and full-arch rehabilitation. She enjoys helping patients restore function, health, and confidence through modern surgical techniques while working closely with restorative dentists to achieve long-term outcomes. Her advanced anesthesia training allows her to safely provide IV sedation and general anesthesia, creating a comfortable experience even for anxious patients, recently completing advanced emergency airway training.

Originally from the mainland, Dr. Kiezik first came to Hawaiʻi during her early clinical training and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the community and lifestyle. She is grateful to now call Hawaiʻi home and is proud to serve the patients and families of the islands.

Education and Residency

Dr. Kiezik earned her bachelors from the University of Oregon, and completed dental school at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland. Dr. Kiezik first came to Hawaiʻi while completing The Queen's Medical Center General Practice Residency Program. Her experience caring for patients in the community made a lasting impression and ultimately inspired her to return to Hawaiʻi to practice.

She later completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery internship at the University of Iowa, followed by advanced hospital-based residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at The Ohio State University, where she received extensive training in dental implants, bone grafting, oral pathology, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and anesthesia.

Dr. Kiezik maintains hospital privileges at The Queen's Medical Center and Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women & Children and continues to volunteer her time teaching residents in the Queen’s GPR program while also taking trauma call for the hospital.

Outside the Office

Dr. Kiezik believes strongly in giving back to the community and volunteers providing care through Kokua Kalihi Valley Comprehensive Family Services, helping expand access to surgical care for underserved patients.

Outside of surgery, she enjoys spending time with her husband, playing outdoors, traveling, and exploring new cultures and cuisines.
